MESSAGE: Hope Amidst the Chaos (Isaiah 9:2, 9:6, Romans 15:13)

TRUTH: We cannot allow the chaos of the Christmas season to overwhelm and overshadow the Christ of the Christmas season.

APPLY:  What directions are you giving to direct in the direction of Jesus?

  • Do you know the Director; the God of hope?
  • Are you directed toward God; are you trusting in Him?
  • Are you taking direction from God; filled with joy and peace and overflowing with hope?

PRAY: Jesus, thank you for the joy and peace we have in You. We commit to trust and follow You in everything. God, strengthen us by the power of Your Spirit this Christmas, that we may overflow with hope in You. Amen.

READING THROUGH THE BIBLE IN 2024

We will be systematically reading through the Bible together in 2024. We will have daily Old Testament and New Testament readings and this plan available within the next couple of weeks - both online and in print.

21 DAYS OF PRAYER AND FASTING

Let us prepare to begin 2024 in a season of prayer and fasting; to draw near to God, to eliminate opposition to His will, and to ask Him for spiritual breakthrough. We are encouraged to pray and fast for 21 days, from January 1st through 21st. Begin to pray now as we prepare for this church-wide initiative.
